In December, Münchner Grundbesitz und Verwaltungs GmbH, a company of the Rosa-Alscher Gruppe, bought a property called Technologie Campus Munich. Before the acquisition by Münchner Grundbesitz und Verwaltungs GmbH, the 7.500 m² large area at Agnes-Pockels-Bogen belonged to Stadtwerke München. Now a new bureau complex for innovative companies and branches arises on the property. Besides that, the Rosa-Alscher Gruppe has great plans and projects coming the following years.

The new Technologie Campus Munich (TCM) marks another positive milestone in the development of the city district of Nymphenburg: The bureau complex arising on the 7.500 m² large area displays state-of-the-art architecture and design. Companies engaging in future and hightech industries are going to use the 23.000 m² large in total bureau space.

The Rosa-Alscher Gruppe in cooperation with Italian furniture manufacturers takes over the interior design of the entire complex, due to wishes of the tenant. The constructions of the TCM will start in September 2016, first companies settle in to the turn of the year 2017/2018.

Aditionally, Rosa-Alscher Gruppe started their project Bauhausplatz at Domagkpark. At the 2.800 m² large property arises a building with space for apartments, bureaus and retail sale used by all income brackets. This Bauhausplatz with 7.000 m² space in total marks the beginning of the new Domagkparkquartier. Already in spring 2016 the first constructions are going to begin. In autumn 2017 the complex will be ready for moving in.
